so the new stickers are in get them at the lair tommorrow, also today was a junky day for some of us at the lair today, bil heart found out his car is dying and has a huge bill he has to fork if he wants it to last. and to start off this morning i shot scalding hot coffee down my throat burning all my taste buds off, then like if that wasnt enough i put a nail through my finger nail and out the other side, 5 hours i waited in the er for a tetnis shot.  ahhh the life of a trog.

KoTGs STOP #3 MPLS

yeah soldiers, the groms have come and gone by now. what a wild weekend.  starting wensday night with max jensen smashing his face in the shallow corner, rammin it all the way thru to the epic expert street course finals. this was the raddest KoTGs i have witnessed. the quality of riding gets better every year.  so as we all know Jon JR. walked away with another win in mpls, he is the local grom street assassin, he did what he had to do and made all his tricks stick, the whole pack was riding top notch, but only one could come out on top, congradulations, and at ease soldier.

ok, so the pool party was fun, um i just checked my jeans, they are still soaking wet, thx aardvark for making me take a premature bath.  so you won that battle boys, round 2 will be mine. we will have to start the video, WHEN GROMS ATTACK!!! should be fun.

trog army recuited a couple new soldiers this weekend all from illinois i believe, youngest to oldest, 7 year old riley vaughn, 9 year old tiny tim the destroyer, kiennan garrity, 10 year old ethan seaholm and i think hes 10 or 11, his riding looks like hes 16, none other than joe "juice" millazzo. welcome aboard soldiers.

GENERAL LEECH!!!!!!!!!!

thats right, so after LOCKGNAR played, we had best trick jam over the pool ladder, and shlitz got pretty EPIC, first you have to carve full speed around the bowl and ollie the ladder in the deep. im talking to at the time lt. leech, hes staring it down, and he goes for it. no more than five trys later hes riding away, i have the pictures to prove it, and i told him. "Leech if you land this, you a going to be a general" so show some respect to the new general in the army. 

i have to say yesterday was tons of fun, perfect amount of riders, live music and if you missed the night skating session, well i wont make you feel bad...

theres a couple people out there that made this contest what it was, i have to show some major love to Troy Mozey, my partner in crime on the trophy making,  general Kris Markovich of Given Skateboards, soldiers Kris is doing it for the right reasons, support the good companies out there, buy GIVEN...its a given. next Jozef Evers from Vox Footwear for hooking up some rad VOX prizes. and showing up at 845 just to hang out for a night. we RAM"D IT DOWN big time. mild Bil Heart, for kickin down a rippin heart skateboard prototype deck and custom trog army grip tape. UM, big thanks to Wild Bill Welk for bringing out the pool ladder, your the man. Also, the best damn bowl jam band in the world LOCKGNAR, for bringing the ram during the best trick and night session, if you missed the show under the full moon, you kicking your self today. Another shout out goes to Mulla, MROD and Matt for letting me throw the event at the best park ive rode, we are all fortunate that there is a place like 3rd Lair for us to hang out and shred any time of year. and you guys,the soldiers, thank you for showing your support in the Trog Army, i hope we can ride this wave forever, keeping it DO IT YOURSELF , NO MERCY, NO LIMIT SKATEBOARDING, BRING THE RAM!!, and stay tuned for part 2 and 3 of the BACK TO THE BOWL BASH series....TBA
